OPENING CEREMONIES VENDOR INFORMATION

We are soliciting vendors who would like to have a booth at opening ceremonies. We are only allowing one booth for each type of food or product at the event to maximize the fundraising capability for each booth, and would like to give GTCSC teams first chance for each product. These team booths can be used as team fundraisers. If you know that you are going to be a coach or team parent and know what type of product you'd like your team to sell, email reinarz14@sbcglobal.net ASAP so your booth can be reserved. Please don't just mention it to a board member or friend; your booth and product is not reserved until you receive a confirmation e-mail from the above address. Products are reserved in order of date/time the request e-mail is received at the above address. One more thing. Water, soda, and coffee are fair game for whomever wants to sell them.
